FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. Are the stocks in your store all ready stock?
    In order to provide you with more choices, we have Ready Stocks and Pre-Order Items. For pre-order stocks, they are all located in the Pre-Order category. Items which are not located in the Pre-Order Category are Ready Stocks.

2. How should I place my order if the items that I like to purchase consists of Ready Stocks and Pre-Order Items?
    It depends on whether you would like us to post out the items to you separately or to be posted together. 

Please place separate order (Ready Stocks in one order, Pre-Order Stocks in another order) if you would like us to ship out the Ready Stock Items to you first. The Pre-Order items would be posted out later when they are ready. In this case postage will be charged separately. 

But if you do not mind to wait for the Pre-Order Items so that the Ready Stocks and Pre-Order Items are to be posted out together, please place ONE order will do. (Ready Stocks and Pre-Order Items in one order). The advantage of this is you could enjoy combined shipping and save up your postage.

3. Would you reserve the items for me before making payment?
    Payment shall be made within 2 working days after placing order. If it is a ready stock item, we would only reserve the item for you once payment/deposit received. Especially to those JOY BUYERS with empty orders with us, your items ordered will be re-listed immediately. In this case items will be served in first come first serve basis in terms of payment. 

However, we are very happy to reserve the items for all our LOYAL customers.

4. How long does it takes to deliver?
    For Ready Stock Items, we would post out the items to you latest by the next working day (except Public Holidays or Post Office off day) after full payment received. Unforeseen circumstances like courier staff forgot to pick up the goods may delay one day, but which is rarely happen. 

For Pre-Order Item, it may take about 1-2 weeks to deliver upon payment received. Unforeseen circumstances such as custom clearance delay will take longer time. Buyers who need the stocks urgently are not advisable to purchase pre-order item.

Time frame to receive the parcel will depends on the shipping method that you choose during the order checkout process and the parcel destination.

5. How much and when shall I pay for my Pre-Order Items Order?
   For Pre-Order Items Order (Order which consists of Pre-Order items only), you could make a partial (50% of total payment) first. Once the items are ready, we would email to you for the balance when the stocks are ready. But you are most welcomed to make a full payment as well, if you feel that it is tedious to make payment twice.

Payment shall be made within 2 working days after placing order, same apply to Pre-Order Items Order.

Flow of Pre-Order orders:

1. Place order
2. Make a partial payment (50% of order total amount) / full payment
3. We email to notify for the balance amount when the stocks are ready (if opt for partial payment)
4. Balance cleared.
5. we ship out the items once full payment received.

6. What happen if the item is out of stock?
 If the item that you ordered is running out of stock, you may opt for a refund of money, or exchange with other items. 

This could happen due to stocks are running fast at our supplier side every day, so there is possibilities that the stocks are unavailable by the time we order the item.
All pre-order items are available as at the time when we uploading into our store.
